Students must apply for cross registration at least two weeks prior to the start of
the term
Students must be registered for at least six credits at SUNY Cobleskill Ag & Tech
(HOME CAMPUS)
Cobleskill Ag & Tech students cannot register at a HOST institution for more than
six credits
Students must be full-time, a combined total of credits at both the HOME and HOST
institution, in order to be eligible
Courses for cross registration must be degree applicable and financial aid eligible
Students cannot be approved to take courses at a HOST institution through cross registration
if the course is offered at Cobleskill Ag & Tech in the same term
Students being HOSTED at Cobleskill Ag & Tech must apply two weeks prior to the start
of the Cobleskill Ag & Tech term
Late Registration is not applicable for cross registrants
Students may only register for equivalent courses at a HOST campus, please view the
Transfer Course Guide
Students will be required to receive Advisor, Student Financial Services and Registrar
approval for Cross Registration
Student enrollment is not guaranteed and is dependent on policy at the HOST campus
